Blippets.com is a social bookmarking directory for scripts on the web. Users can submit scripts, vote on scripts, save scripts, and add reviews.
The site is built with the CMS Pligg and uses a unique, customized template (one of a kind). There are also several paid modules I purchased for the site that I have not yet utilized including "Real Time Tweets" (displays related Twitter tweets), "Submit Pro" (adds WYSIWYG functionality) and "Media Master" (Displays different media in custom player).
The site has a lot of potential though still new (launched February). It is being hosted at arvixe.com for $4/month.
